Got my Fotile 7501 range hood through Vivi. Since our kitchen doesn’t have an exterior vent, we converted it to a recirculating setup. Vivi was pleasant to work with and took the time to answer all my questions throughout the process. And the installation service was super professional! After using it for over a month, we’re very happy with it. It’s a huge upgrade from those useless over-the-range microwave. Thanks again for all the help!

This is a great range hood that I have been searching for quite sometime. It is powerful and able to handle the smoke from Asian cooking, and does not leave much smoke and smell after cooking. Vivi at Fotile Princeton who helped me at the store is knowledgeable, and helped me select the range hood that meet our family needs. She is also very friendly and patience, answering all my queries and helping me on making the right purchase. Based on the quality of the product and the service I received from Vivi, I will be a lifelong customer of Fotile products!

I had an exceptional experience at Fotile Princeton and highly recommend them for anyone looking for high-quality kitchen appliances. Vivi was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Before we went to store, she asked several pictures of the kitchen along with the outside of the kitchen which really helpful during our on site visit. She gave us a fantastic recommendation and took the time to analyze our specific kitchen situation to determine the best fit for our needs. She expertly walked us through the different models, clearly explaining the technical differences and features of each. Beyond the sale, Vivi went the extra mile by helping us coordinate the delivery and installation. The follow-up regarding the installation and warranty was top-notch, making the entire process stress-free. If you go, definitely ask for Vivi!

I did extensive research on range hood and finally chose Fotile 36" under cabinet Pixie series (see picture). It has all I was looking, strong suction power, low noise, and unique moden clean look that fits beautifully to my newly renovated kitchen. I have received many compliments. The picture doesn't do a justification. I am very pleased with my choice and strongly recommend Fotile. Plus the service is super. Manager Vivian is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. She even went to my house to look the old hood to make sure to pick right model. The installer Jeff was extremely skillful and helpful. He made an additional trip to set up outlet the day before backsplash was installed. Lastly I want to say: stop searching and buy Fotile with confidence. Be one of satisfied customers like me.
